Estate 5914 Weddings & Events

— Exclusive use of venue from Thursday at noon to Sunday at noon

Value: $6,500

Includes:

• Full kitchen with running water

• Tables, chairs, silverware, and dishes

• Starlink internet with Wi-Fi and speaker system

• Bartender (alcohol not included)

The Fine Print

• Event must take place between *April 15 and September 30* (subject to availability — some dates booking into 2027)

• Maximum *75 guests*, including children

• A *damage deposit* is required for the venue

• A *rental contract* must be signed in accordance with standard venue agreements (includes general liability insurance)
